Rosemarie Ruggieri Obituary

On Saturday, March 6, 2021, Rosemarie Ruggieri, loving wife of Joseph Ruggieri, passed away at the age of 84. Rosemarie was born on January 15, 1937 in Philadelphia, PA to Stephano and Josephine (Calvaconti) Prudente. Rosemarie grew up in Southwest Philadelphia and graduated from Bartram High School in 1955. While working for Conrail, she met Joseph and was soon married in 1983. They had a wonderful life together for 38 years and loved dining and “getting out” with family and friends. In their later years, Aunt Roe and Uncle Joe enjoyed spending time with their nephew AJ Marcucci, grandson of Rosemarie’s sister Josephine. One of their passions was to watch AJ play soccer, baseball and basketball – they were his biggest fans! Predeceased by her loving husband Joseph and her ten brothers and sisters, she is the loving aunt of Anthony and Lisa Marcucci and is survived by many nieces and nephews who love her dearly.
