Ruth V. Rappold

Ruth V. Rappold, 96 A former resident of Norwood and Marshalton, PA Ruth V. Rappold, 96, died on July 18, 2011 at The Pocopson Home in Pocopson, PA. She was born in Philadelphia on June 20, 1915 to Louis Henry Kunze and Emma Cassler Kunze. She graduated from Glen-Nor High School, Class of 1932. She was the class secretary and arranged many class reunions. Ruth was a life long Episcopalian serving the Altar Guild and the Episcopal Church Women's Club as a member, officer, and worker at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Norwood and later Christ Episcopal Church in Ridley Park. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward H. Rappold in 1975. Survivors: Her daughter Grace Paulson of Marshalton, PA; her son Edward Kurt Rappold of Glen Mills, PA; her 7 grandchildren; her 7 great-grandchildren; and her 5 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral Service / Burial will be held at a later date.
