Carroll was my principal at Willis Intermediate School in Delaware
Ohio. I was a second year teacher when he came and was a wonderful support to his staff. He was kind but firm with students and staff. I worked for many principals over the course of my career and I would have to rate him as one of the finest. My deep condolences to his family. He was a good man.
