Theophlius Moses Obituary
Pocomoke City - Theophlius Eugene Moses was born March 19, 1965, to the late Fannie B. Moses and the late James H. Finney Sr. Theo, or "Poochie" as he was affectionately known, was born and raised in Westover, MD, and was educated in Somerset County Education System. Theo dedicated his career to Lankford Sysco for over 30 years, describing himself as a food transportation and distribution engineer. Theo was an active member of the Unionville Masonic Lodge #45 PHA of Pocomoke MD. He was also a member of the Pocomoke Ambulance Company for many years.
Theo leaves behind his wife Ginger Moses and 2 children, Brandon Moses and Lauren Moses, of Pocomoke, as well as sisters Arnelda Redding (Omar), Arvenia Saunders (William), Annette Moses (Carl), Deborah Finney, Valerie Finney, Betty Bivens (William), Evelyn Finney-Ajmer, Paulette Tabron (Reggie), and Shirlena Collins. Other survivors include 5 god children, Jamar Mancano, Misha Mancano, Tirrell Copes Jr., Lon'dyn Johnson and Eden Bailey; 2 special nieces and 1 nephew, James Redding III, Tykeshia Johnson and Kimberly Duffy; and many more nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by James Finney Jr.
A public viewing will be held on Saturday, March 13, from 1 to 4 at the Holloway Funeral Home in Pocomoke City, MD. A private memorial, by invitation only, will be held following the viewing.
