David Spaziano Obituary
Rochester: July 25, 2016 at age 76. If we had to sum up David's life in one picture, this one says it all. Horses and horse racing were his heart and soul.
David is predeceased by Ida & Anthony Spaziano. David is survived by daughters Laurie, Layna and Michelle (former spouse Ann Marie Spaziano), son David (companion Gloria Jean Ricci), grandchildren Frankie, Michael, Shane and Kendra, sister Dolores (Lee) Capomaccio and brother Al (Elaine) Spaziano .
Celebrate David's life with a night at Batavia Downs. No calling hours.

We will definitely be thinking of David as we continue to race at Batavia Downs. He was not just a fellow horseman but a good friend to Carmen and I. We will never forget when he stabled with us in Caledonia and would be in his barn singing Frank Sinatra songs. "I did it my way"... He sure did. Our condolences to his family.

So sad to hear of Dave's passing. Had no idea anything was wrong. Since we moved to Florida we lost touch, but will never forget the times together in school and out. Our deepest sympathy and prayers for all the family. Dave was the kind of person who leaves a special place in our heart.

DAVID WAS A TWO TIME SECTIONAL WRESTLING CHAMPION AND MVP OF THE TEAM HIS SENIOR YEAR AT SPENCERPORT HS 1957. DAVID WAS MISCHIEVIUS AS A YOUNGSTER AT HOLY APOSTLES GRAMMER SCHOOL AND DURING HIS HIGH SCHOOL YEARS. HE WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN.

Dear Cousins Delores and Al,
So sorry to see the passing of your brother David.
I remember such fun times when I was a little girl and David was my older, handsome and cool cousin! Learning to "jitterbug" in Grandma Marrietta's basement with Delores and David is a lifelong memory for me.
Thinking of all of you and your families during this sad time. Siblings share a part of each other that no one else does and only your heart knows.
