"Doug"
Webster: April 4, 2013, Douglas Craig VanGee, 70. He will be remembered by his children Christine Norfleet of Brockport, Matthew (Kristin) & Adam (Cheryl) VanGee both of Webster; the mother of his children & life time friend Ellen (McDonald) VanGee of Webster; 7 grandchildren; mother Esther (Jensen) of Newark; sisters Judy (Richard) Smith of Medina & Rebecca (Norman) Waterman of Newark; brother Richard VanGee of Newark; many nieces, nephews & many, many friends. Doug was predeceased by his father Charles VanGee in 1984 & sister Beverly in 1949.
Family & friends may call SUN. (April 7) from 6 to 9 p.m. at Profetta Funeral Chapel, 1650 Empire Blvd, Webster. A Graveside Service will be MON. (April 8) at 2 p.m. in Parma Corners Cemetery (just south of Rt. 104 on Rt. 259). In memory of Doug please consider donations to Lollypop Farm Humane Society, 99 Victor Rd, Fairport, 14450. papa, you were the best grandfather a girl could ask for. its so surreal that your gone now, i wish that it didn't have to be like this. I wish i could have asked you to walk me down the isle. your laughter your smile just you being around will be missed by so many i miss you more and more each day and knowing that I cant pick up the phone to call you or see you kills me, I know that your much more peaceful now and your kind spirit will be with me and everyone in the family everyday and everywhere gives me some comfort. I will see you soon and i love you so very much.

So many years and so many memories...the one that I recall was when Ellen, you and Jordan and I went camping and Jordan didn't want to go at first but because of you had the best trip. Thoughts of sympathy for all of your family especially to my dearest friend, Ellen.
