Am so sorry to hear about the loss of Joan Painting. Back in the early 1960s my mother (Dorothy Carroll) would take me with her to visit her friend Joanie at Charlotte near the lake where I would play with her kids. It was always a fun time and I always thought she was a very nice lady. I got out of touch with them in the later 60s, unfortunately, but I will always remember Joan and her kids. A very nice woman and family. To the Painting family, I am sorry for your loss-Dennis Carroll in Fort Lauderdale.

To the Painting Family: Very sorry for your loss of a beautiful Mother, Grandmother and Great- Grandmother. She was one of my favorite people, and I always remember her with a big smile when I saw her. She may be gone, but she will in your hearts forever. Please accept my condolences and deepest sympathy at the loss of your loving mom, such a wonderful woman. RIP Mrs. Painting.❤❤❤❤❤

Mrs. P,
Time to rest easy. You put up with a lot from us neighborhood kids but you always did it with a smile on your face and kindness in your heart! I will never forget that.
The world is a little less nice of a place now but I take comfort knowing that your are wrapped in God's warm embrace....Until my time comes and we meet again...which I believe we will...rest in peace.
