Joseph H."Joe Rack" Racinowski,

Rochester - "The Mayor" of South View Terrace passed away September 19, 2018. Born July 4, 1930. Our dad retired from Rochester Telephone in 1992 after 37 years of service. He was a Korean War Veteran and served in the United States Air Force. Joe is survived by children, Mary Jo (Louis) Miller, Len, Matt; grandchildren, Shaun, Katie and David; niece and nephews, Linda, Royce, and Gary. He is also survived by a trusted friend and neighbor for over 40 years, Greg Vleck.

A Mass will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 10 AM at St. Stanislaus Church, 1124 Hudson Ave. please join us to celebrate our dad's life.
