Marshall Strait Obituary
Rochester: Passed away suddenly August 26, 2013 at the age of 87. Predeceased by his wife, Vera in 1992; brothers, Kenneth, Edwin, & Carl; sisters, Marion Henderson & Peggy King. Survived by his loving caregivers; nephew, Carl Strait, Jr.; niece, Carla Smith; several nieces, nephews, & special friend, Debbie Taylor.
Marshall served in WWII with an honorable discharge in 1946. He loved to share his great opinions & stories of history. He enjoyed his morning walks with his friends at Marketplace Mall. Marshall loved his beagles - especially Ebby & George. His loving advice about what matters while we are here will forever be cherished.
Family and friends are invited to call at Miller Funeral And Cremation Services, Inc. (3325 Winton Road South) on THURSDAY from 4:00 - 7:00 PM. Marshall's funeral service will be celebrated in the Interfaith Chapel at Miller's on FRIDAY at 10:00 AM. Interment private.
