Leach, Matthew J. "Muggsy" "Matt"

Greece: Died Suddenly, July 21, 2012. Matt is predeceased by his grandparents James & Angela Pupatelli. He is survived by his loving wife, Theresa A. Adduci Leach; parents, Michael and Linda Leach; siblings, Colleen Dittman, Mark (Mary) Leach; grandparents, Delmar and Mary Leach; nephews, Jacob and William Dittman and Cole Leach (Godson); mother in-law and father in-law, Valerie and Jerome Adduci; sister in-law, Kristen (Tyler) Wallis; several aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends; dog, Leyna. Matt's visitation will be Tuesday 6-9PM and Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between Rte 390 & Long Pond Rd.) His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, 10AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, 2400 W. Ridge Rd. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Matt Leach Scholarship Fund, C/O Pittsford Central School, 75 Barker Rd. (East Office), Pittsford, NY 14534 or Friendsofwrestling.com in Matt's memory.
