Irondequoit: May 20, 2017 at the age of 79. Predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Elsie Bonafede; husband, Thomas Arena. Survived by her sons, Thomas and Joseph (Melissa) Arena; sister, JoJo Turner; grandchildren, Joseph, Nicole, Ashley, and Leeanna; many great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. A special thanks to Nettie, Joannie, Annmarie and Debbie.
No prior calling. Rose's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday 9:30 AM at St. Kateri at St. Cecilia's Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Sunset House, 3746 St. Paul Blvd., Rochester, NY 14617. To send a condolence, please visit:

Jojo, Tommy and Joey......I just returned from Florida and I was shocked to hear of the passing of your sister and your Mom. I am so sorry for your loss, your Mom was such a sweet woman.
