To the Manno Family,

My deepest sympathies for your loss. I have nothing but fond childhood memories of Timmy when we would spend time at Keuka Lake. He taught me how to waterski and drive a boat. I will always remember his smile, his sense of humor, and how he loved to play 'Super Freak' whenever we were on the boat. To this day, I always think of him whenever I hear that song.

Your loss is heaven's gain. All of you and Tim are in my prayers. God bless him, and all of you!

Like so many people, I knew TIm through our lives in the Food Industry. Tim is memorable in every sense of the word. Funny, sincere, compassionalte, and passionate. He lived and worked with vigor and passion. His spirit was infectious and though I would only see him a couple of times a year, you could always catch up with an aggresive handshake and a gleam in the eye.
A one of a kind in all the right ways.

To the Manno Family,
I am very sorry for your loss. I know Tim as a colleague in the private brand industry.I will miss our encounters. As few as they were, he always made me laugh and the ability to make people laugh is a great trait! I will miss his blowing kisses upon a greeting. There were no handshakes with Tim, either a hug or a kiss. St. Peter, how was that big smooch?

Lainie Conrow

August 30, 2010

I had the great pleasure of taking care of Mr. Manno and of course he was one of my favorite patients. No matter how he felt he was always laughing and made me laugh as well. He will be missed, I am so very sorry for your great loss..."Lainie Conrow"

I met Mr. Manno at the PLMA Conference in Chicago in 2008 and will never forget him and his welcoming nature. He was a larger than life figure that I will never forget. Instead of a handshake, which I was expecting upon meeting Tim, he gave me a hug. Even though his life ended abruptly, he gave his friends and family enough love and memories to last 10 lifetimes. God Bless him and his family

Carol Ann, Mary Kay and Family,

I am truly sorry for your loss and am so touched to have ever have known Tim. When working in my industry I meet different people all the time but Tim was one of those people that stood out. He was always laughing and smiling and would always greet me with a hug and not just the traditional handshake. His energy was infectious and I would always find myself smiling everytime I talked to him. Sometimes he would just call to say "hi" and see how things were going. This is rare in my industry, usually you only hear from clients when something has gone wrong. He was an amazing person and I will never forget him. I can still hear his laughter everytime I think of him.

On behalf of myself and my colleagues, our hearts go out to all of you and we will keep you all in our thoughts.

Carol Ann, Mrs. Manno, MaryKay and Jim, I'm truly sorry I could not be there today to be with you all. I loved Tim as a brother many years ago when we were close and that feeling has never left my heart. No one has EVER left that impression with me. He was one of a kind. A person that you desired to be friends with and to be around. He was special. I remember how much he loved his family, and how much his family loved him. I will never forget all the good times I had with Tim and how you all treated me as part of your family.

My heart goes out to all of you and you will be in my prayers. I will truly miss Tim.

Dear Manno's,
Timmy touched so many lives. He was gracious, happy, and loving. He taught us all so much about life and now he is needed elsewhere. They need him for his smile, his spirit, his charm, his laugh, his grace, his wit, his wonder, and his love. How blessed are they to be receiving all his gifts and how blessed are we to have experienced them. His spirit lives on in his family and friends. I wish you all the best in this most difficult time.

Tim, you were my first “best friend” and my last-people like you are not easily replaced. You not only lit up a room, but you could light-up lives with your warm smile and that way you made everyone you touched feel special. Although time and distance separated us through the years my memory of our youth is something I will cherish forever, mostly because I shared it with you. Your family always made me feel like part of the family. I was blessed to have you in my life, I am now blessed with the lifelong memory of you.
God has a special place for you-I hope to see you there someday!

Carolann, Alex, Thomas, Mrs. Manno, Jim and Mary Kay:

Saying I'm sorry doesn't even begin to express the way I feel right now. I am so at a loss for words, but please hold tight onto the memories you have of Timmy and I am sure you have many, as your husband, father, son, brother and friend as he will live on in you forever and ever and those memories can never be erased. Here is a poem I found when my father passed away in 2008, it helped me and I hope it can help you too. Love you all.

We have memories in my pockets.
They rattle among the change.
Our memories of you are treasures we carry wherever we go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole.
They give us comfort when we think we are alone.
Yes, we have memories in our pockets, like so much other stuff we keep there.
But of all the treasures we have, it's the memories of you that are the most precious.

We all lost an absolutely amazing person whose love was larger than life itself. He will live on in our hearts forever and never be forgotten.
RIP Timmy.

Love,
Donna, Lindsay, Ryan and Brandon Frank
