I'm so sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you. May "the God who gives hope fill you with...peace," (Romans 15:13) hope, and comfort during this difficult time.

I always admired my uncles Gib, Berk, and Vernon. (my mother was their older sister)I would like to add a thought to Berk's wonderful obituary. I don't know the full extent of Berks service, but I know he was a veteran of the US Navy. I remember as a small boy at my Grandma's ranch in Leadore Idaho, his picture in full uniform, on display, and the beautiful china set that Berk bought for Lola while stationed in Japan. He was so thoughtful of his parents. You're a good man Berk. We love and miss you.

My mom adored Berk. She was very proud of her family and all their many talents. I always knew Berk to be kind, always welcoming me with a nice hug! We didn't get to spend enough time together but when we did it was always a celebration. The last time was at my grandparent's house. We had a wonderful time eating, playing cards, and laughing. A Lot!

My dear Berk. I am going to miss you so much. You were such an attribute to our neighborhood. I am really going to miss your contagious smile and laugh. I am going to miss seeing you proudly walking with your Lady at Chatfield. Please rest In peace knowing you were so loved and cherished.

Berk was a wonderful man and friend. He was such a kind gentleman and was loved by so many. Berk will be remembered for his talent as a musician and remembered for his heartwarming smile. He will certainly be missed but I know he and Mike are in heaven and probably playing several rounds of golf together. Heaven certainly gained another angel
