I have many memories of Mark and of things we did together over our lives together. I still see him everyday as I planted two of the trees in the backyard that were given out at the memorial and see them every day. One has grown to over 3 ft and is loving it here. The other is struggling some, but I know Mark will look over it and make it thrive. Miss him.

It's so hard to believe that a man so young and full of life and spirit could be taken from us. My heartfelt condolences to you, Gail, and your family. - Fr. Mike Carroll

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Mark was an incredible man. He was both my 8th grade social studies teacher and the youth minister at my parish throughout my high school and college years. He was such a caring and loving man that touched many people's lives. He was truly a man of Christ. I know he is smiling down on us from heaven right now.

My sincere condolences to your family. May God "who comforts us in all our trials" (2 Cor 1:4) comfort you and your family at such a difficult time. I know God will help you to endure because he cares for you ( 1Peter 5 :7).

Gail, my thoughts and prayers go out to you and your entire family. He surely had a very positive kharma, a true gentleman and friend.
I know that he is now with his childhood friend John Auffrey.

He had a lasting impact on so many lives, mine included. Even last week, I was just telling someone about the most wonderful teacher I'd had. I will never forget his passion and dedication to everything he set his mind to. It was a great blessing to have known him, to have been taught and inspired by him. He is sorely missed. God bless and keep you.
