Kolwaite, Melissa

Melissa "Missy" Ann Kolwaite, 51, of Juneau, AK, and formerly of Denver, CO, died in May unexpectedly and tragically. Melissa was born on November 20th in New Hartford, NY. She graduated from New Hartford High School and received her bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona.

Melissa will be remembered for her smile, infectious laugh, adventurous spirit, and happy-go-lucky personality.

Melissa is survived by her parents Paul and Jacklyn (Fountain Hills, AZ); her brothers Stephen (Sabrina) (Marietta, GA) and Douglas (Juneau, AK); sister Alison (Shannon) (Denver, CO); nephews Spencer, Mitchell, and Gabriel; and nieces Caroline and Flynn.

No services are planned at this time.
