It is with a saddened heart that I am announcing the death of Nathan "Nate" O. Edelen. He passed away peacefully in his sleep on April 2, 2022 from congestive heart failure. He was at home with his wife, Jacquie and his son Jerry in Puyallup, WA, his home for the last 22 years. Nate was born in Denver on 12/27/1943 and graduated from Cherry Creek High School in 1962. He is survived by his spouse Jacquie, sons, Jimmy Lee, Jerry and Jim; and his former wife DeDe. He was preceded in death by his youngest son, Robert, his brother Jim and his parents Dorothy and Dan.

I was Nate's classmate and fellow 1962 graduate of Cherry Creek High School. I'm reminded of how many tough physical chores he was required to do on his family plot of land. He was a tough guy and I'm glad we were friends. My condolences to his wife and sons.
