Scott Harrison, age 51, passed away on September 23, 2021 in Centennial, CO.
Scott was born in Fairbanks, AK on April 2, 1970 to Wayne and Terri Harrison. They relocated to Denver in the mid-1970s and Scott graduated from Cherry Creek High School in 1988. A fantastic left-handed athlete, Scott quarterbacked Cherry Creek to the state finals in 1987 and earned a scholarship to play football at Colorado School of Mines. After two years at Mines, Scott transferred to Colorado State University to pursue a degree in accounting. Scott thrived at CSU. He excelled in academics, competed on the top intramural football and baseball teams, and became president of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.
Scott relocated to Albuquerque in 1995 and eventually became the controller of an interstate moving company. He returned to Denver in 2015 to help his father care for his mother, who was stricken with Alzheimer's disease.
Scott is preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Terri Harrison. He is survived by his daughters Kaitlyn (Marc), and Courtney, and by his grandson Joseph.
A reception will be held on October 28 from 4-8pm at South Suburban Golf Club in Centennial for friends and family.

I am so very sorry to hear about Scott's passing. He was larger than life and so talented. I have so many fond memories from High School shenanigans and College visits. May you rest in peace my friend.

I am incredibly sad to hear of Scott´s passing. We met when we were both 6 years old. Spent countless days and nights together through high school and into college when he transferred to CSU. I will cherish the memories! RIP lefty!

I am deeply saddened by the passing of Scott. He was one of my closest friends in high school, fraternity brother, and all around great person. He will be greatly missed.

I was so sad to learn of Scott´s passing. Was a good friend in high school and an incredible athlete! Had a wonderful sense of humor and made everyone smile. Rest in God´s Grace Howdy.
