Robert Hildebrand Obituary

HILDEBRAND, ROBERT (BOB) Robert (Bob) Hildebrand, born May 4, 1941 in Tonopah, Nevada. Spent his youth in Las Vegas, graduating from Basic High School (Henderson, Nevada) in 1959; proud Marine from 1960 to 1966, serving his country during the Cuban Missile Crisis. In 1966, he married his adored wife, Renee, and with her, raised two daughters, Gwen and Sally. His family was always his top priority. He lived in Denver, Colorado since 1972 and had a varied career before settling into Real Estate Appraising, which he absolutely loved, later in life. His later years also found him being a superb caregiver to Renee, who suffers from severe nerve disease. His very sudden and unexpected passing on Saturday, October 29, 2005 leaves family and friends grieving the loss of a great man who knew no strangers and loved helping others. He will be missed by so many. In addition to his wife and daughters, Bob leaves behind his son-in-law, John, treasured grandchildren, Tyler and Kelsey, two special sisters-in-law, many siblings, nieces and nephews.

WE ARE SHOCKED AND SADDEN TO LEARN OF BOB'S PASSING. HE WAS A GOOD FRIEND AND SO SUPPORTIVE DURING OUR THREE DAUGHTERS GROWING-UP-YEARS IN THE COLORADO HONOR BAND. WE WORKED MANY BINGO FUNDRAISERS TOGETHER AND HE AND RENE ALWAYS MADE IT LOTS OF FUN. YES, HE WAS A VERY SPECIAL MAN AND WILL BE MISSED BY MANY! OUR LOVE AND PRAYERS ARE WITH RENE, SALLY, GWEN & FAMILY.
