To Sandie's dear family,

Please know how much I will miss her. She was a very special friend to whom I spoke most every morning at 7 a.m. for almost a year prior to her passing. I knew Sandie for almost 20 years. We met in the Denver non-profit - volunteer community, and enjoyed working on many fundraisers together. After her exit from non-profit work we enjoyed many breakfasts at LePeep, celebrating anything we could think of. She very much missed the volunteer world and the people she connected with. She always enjoyed her special times with Arthur and the menagerie of animals on the Foster Farm. Calico the cat was always a part of her early morning conversation. Wednesdays were totally devoted to Arthur, the love of her life. I am sad Sandie is no longer here for us to enjoy. May her spirit rest in peace.

Love, Sharon

Dear Family and Friends of Sandie,

Sandie knew how to be a a true and loyal friend. She was concerned and would extend herself for you, your family, your health, and even your pets! Sandie was a spunky, fun, attractive woman who made a difference not only in Denver society, but in my life. I will miss her always. Love, Brenda

Dear Foster family,

I met Sandie when I became the intern for the Paramount Foundation upon graduation from DU. She taught me a few things about business, and life in general, that can only be gleaned from experience; I was fortunate to have known her. And, she truly was a stylish lady - she always looked great! You are already missed Sandie.

I had the brief privilege of knowing Sandie through The Cancer League of Colorado. She LOVED volunteering and making a positive difference in people's lives. She cared about the less fortunate and dedicated herself to noble causes. What a POWERFUL woman who was housed in such a lovely, petite body!!!!!! She shared with me her dancing stories and in my mind I thought of Elton John's beautiful song, "TINY DANCER!" I am so saddened to hear the community and her beloved family lost such a lovely woman. May the good Lord offer His perfect peace to all who loved her at this very sad time. With love and admiration for Sandie, Lloyd Kelley-Ford Englewood ((~.~))
