Our wonderful son, Adam Jeffrey Schultz passed away on November 24, 2012. Born on December 19, 1989 in Sandy, Utah to Michael and Darlene Schultz. He brought great joy to his entire family.
He was very gifted with his hands; his true love was working on cars and with computers. He was a member of the Catholic Church.
Adam will be missed by his parents, brother Rob, grandfather Roy Schultz, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins who dearly loved him. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to USARA (Utah Support Advocates for Recovery Awareness), 198 W. 7200 S. Suite D. Midvale, Utah 84047
Funeral Vigil: Wednesday, Nov. 28, at Broomhead Funeral Home, 12600 So.2200 W., 6-7 p.m. viewing, Rosary, 7 p.m.

Darlene and family, as you might remember my family and I pray for all our friends and family who have passed on every Sunday throughout the entire year. In the month of November we pray for them every day from the 1st to the 30th. However, each year we select one to remember them especially on Thanksgiving and Adam is next on our list. We will pray for him during Grace and we will pray for him again during our closing prayer after our meal. RIP Adam

Adam brought so much joy and laughter to my life, he excepted me into his life with open arms, and I love him for that! Oh Mike and Darlene, this is heartbreaking! When Adam was just a little boy, I'd walk by your house with my dog Daisy, and Adam would always ask if he could walk her. I'd hand him the leash, and he would take over. We were neighborhood friends for years, as he grew from a little kid to a teenager to a man. He had a friendly greeting for me every time I came by. The sadness of losing him at such a young age is unimagineable. We share your grief and send our love to your family.

I am lucky to have had the pleasure of watching Adam grow up over the years. He was truly a selfless person that was always willing to go out of his way to help others. Through good and bad times Adam always had positive input, even when battling his own troubles. No matter the situation his goofy personality would brighten the gloomiest of days.
