Howard Ashley Woods passed away April 15, 2019 at home in Cottonwood Heights from cardiac arrest.
Visitations and Funeral services will be Monday April 22, 2019 at the Brighton Stake Center 2895 E. Creek Rd Sandy, Utah. Visitation from 9:30-10:45 am followed by services at 11:00 am. Interment Sandy City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Howard Woods Memorial Donation Fund at any Mtn America Credit Union. A Venmo account has been set up @HowardWoodsMemorialDonations. Complete obituary www.cannonmortuary.com.

Dear Valerie and family,
My thoughts are with you as you deal with the sudden passing of your brother. I know him for his kindness and willingness to help my late husband and I when we were putting in our bathroom in our basement. We are not all perfect but I hope you will remember your Dad and brother as a giving man who loved all his family. I wish I could attend his funeral but I will still be in Ohio. I pray you will be comforted during this difficult time and what a grand reunion it must have been when Howard joined his parents and other loved ones. May God be with all of you.
