Grand Junction
Funeral Services for Carson Griffith, 77, will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Presbyterian Church in Jefferson. Burial will take place at a later date in the Junction Township Cemetery, Grand Junction, IA. Visitation will be after 3 p.m. Sunday at the Presbyterian Church in Jefferson with the family present to greet friends from 5 to 7:30 p.m. An Elks Memorial Service will follow at 7:30 pm. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting memorials to the Grand Junction Presbyterian Church or the Elks Nations Foundation and may be left at Slininger-Rossow Funeral Home in Jefferson.
Carson is survived by his wife Betty; daughters Kim (Don) Hartley of Waukee, IA and Kelley (Chad) Bruns of Leon, IA; and granddaughters Emily and Alyssa Hartley.
