George was a part of my life from the very beginning - our parents were best of friends. I will miss you always, your laughter, friendship, unconditional love and willingness to always be there for your friends. Rest in peace and say hi to your dad and brother for me.

I meet George at Bob Brown Chevrolet were we worked together as seniors in high school. Soon after, we hooked up on the lake together, sharing our experiences with many other great people. Never say George unhappy or down in the dumps, he always had a smile on his face and was ready to party! That's the George I knew and will remember. Loved you George

I am very saddened to hear of George's passing. He was a terrific person and I was looking forward to seeing him at our 45th high school reunion.

We met George through sailing and Hobie Fleet 84. He had the ability to always put a smile on your face. There are some shots of George in this sailing video that was produced by PM Magazine over 30 years ago.
The George in this video is the one we'll always remember.
