Jeffrey Crippen

Des Moines - Jeffrey J. Crippen, 55 of Des Moines, passed away at home on April 6, 2018, after a long battle with cancer. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

He was born October 4, 1962, to Sandra (Hill) and Joseph Crippen in Des Moines. He was united in marriage to Teresa Ghee in 1985 and spent his entire life on Des Moines' southside. Jeff is survived by his wife, his best friend Speckles, step-mother Kathleen (Shannon) Crippen, his step-father Lloyd Proctor, two half-brothers, Bill and Joseph Crippen, aunt Debbie Jorgenson and uncles Phil and Mel Crippen. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents, Wesley and Gladys Loghry and Dorothy Sawyer and Phil Crippen.
