Jodi Snyder Obituary
Of Dresbach, MN, formerly of Des Moines, IA - Jodi Snyder, age 63, passed away on Monday, September 17, 2018. Jodi was born the daughter of Dolores and Bob Haywood on April 1, 1955 in Des Moines, Iowa.
Jodi was a therapeutic herbalist and trained phobia and anxiety coach, she taught at the Iowa Center for Individual Peace for two years in Des Moines. She lived in Dresbach, Minnesota the last 25 years. Above all, Jodi enjoyed photography, writing, working in her flower garden and having her family together.
Those left behind to cherish her memory include her husband, Thomas Snyder; children, Amber Judge (Steve), Bud Foster (Cassandra), Jessica Foster, Bryan Foster, McKenna Kor (Johannes), Kyle Snyder and Samuel Snyder (Jolie); and 11 grandchildren.
Jodi was preceded in death by her parents; and sisters, Barbara and Vicki.
Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 29, 2018, with funeral service following at 11:00 a.m., at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Burial will take place at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family in memory of Jodi.

We grew up together, we considered you a cousin and not an Aunt because we were so close in age...I will always remember lip syncing as kids...playing in the fields in the country, horse back riding...swimming in the creeks...family get togethers at park for picnics. You taught me to swim, by pushing me into the deep end of the pool, sink or swim...LOL As we grew up, we all moved away...lost touch at times...but I was glad I got to talk to you in August.... You were taken from us to young and suddenly...our hearts are broken and will take time to heal. You always told me how much you admired me because I traveled the world and had interesting jobs...I always told you..to follow your dreams...you can do anything you set your mind to. We laugh because all of us girls sound the same on the phone...we were that close. Watch over us Jodi...Love you so very much... Lou
