Brian, Katherine, and Maggie-
I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I just talked with Mrs. Carmichael about 2 weeks ago, and we had a nice conversation. I'll miss both Mr. and Mrs. Carmichael. It was my pleasure to get to know the two of them over the years, and to keep in contact with them. I'll miss their charm, their stories, the laughs, the great conversations, and of course Mrs. Carmichael's baking. Two very nice people, that I'll miss.

Sincerely,
Mark K. Cossman
