Phillip Wagner, 30, passed away Jan. 14, 2017.

A visitation will be held at All Saints Catholic Church in Des Moines from 5-7 pm on Tuesday, Jan. 17, with prayer service at 7:00. A funeral mass will be held at 10 am on Wed, Jan. 18, at All Saints Catholic Church.

Phillip was born in Grand Island, NE on November 19, 1986 to Tom and Jeanne (Kuchar) Wagner of Ankeny, IA. Phillip and his family lived in Jackson, MN for 10 years before moving to Iowa. Phillip graduated from Ankeny High School in 2005 and was attending Iowa Culinary Institute in Ankeny.

Phillip is survived by his parents Tom and Jeanne Wagner of Ankeny, IA and brother, Scott Wagner, Megan Mulford and niece, Peyton, of Des Moines, IA., grandfather, Donald Wagner of Ord, NE and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Gertrude Wagner, Willard and Lucille Kuchar.
