Randy Fiscel Obituary
Des Moines
Randy W. Fiscel, 60, passed away October 3, 2017 at Taylor House Hospice in Des Moines. Private graveside services will be held at Glendale Cemetery.
Randy was born January 11, 1957 in Des Moines to parents Ronald and Joyce (Gallagher) Fiscel. He graduated from Hoover High School in 1975. He was united in marriage to Teri Bailey on September 7, 1979 and they made their home in Des Moines. He worked for the City of Des Moines as a Horticulture Inspector at the city cemeteries and retired after 30 years in 2011.
Randy enjoyed fishing, motorcycle riding, and loved spending time with his grandson, Dominic. He will be deeply missed by his family and those who knew him.
Randy is survived by his wife, Teri; son, Jason (Alison) Fiscel; grandson, Dominic; sister, Ronda (Richard) Merritt and brother, Rick (Beverly) Fiscel; sister-in-law, Vicki Bailey and her son, Tucker Shepherd; and several nieces and nephews and their families.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Taylor House Hospice in memory of Randy. Online condolences are welcome at www.IlesCares.com.

To the Fiscel family, We are so sorry to hear of Randy's passing. We were your neighbors on 3rd St. in Highland Park. Randy was the leader for our son Frankie's Scout troop. He was a genuinely nice person whom we enjoyed knowing. I know you are sad, but remember all the good times and happy memories with Randy and he will live on in your hearts forever.
