Virginia M. Wheeler

Virginia M. Wheeler MT. PLEASANT - Virginia M. Wheeler passed into the arms of Our Savior Jesus Christ on December 10, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Robert Wheeler, and daughter of the late Anthony and Helen Rose of Chicago, Illinois. Virginia was born on July 30, 1931 and married to her beloved Robert Wheeler for over 50 years. She was a member of Christ Our King Roman Catholic Church in Mount Pleasant and a resident of Franke at Seaside in Mt. Pleasant. In her final days, she was comforted by the Lutheran Hospice Services. Her family remembers her as a loving mother, wife, grandmother and friend. She is survived by Lynn Ellen (Randy) Kiefer, of Reisterstown, MD, and Julie Ann (Greg) Hitt, of Hoschton, GA, and one son, David (Melissa) Wheeler, Mount Pleasant, SC; ten grandchildren, Matthew, Robert and Bethany Kiefer, John, Joseph, Michael and Daniel Hitt, Forrest, Sloan and Max Wheeler, and two great-grandchildren Taryn Langley and Sammi Hitt. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
