Faye Ann Steiner

Faye Ann Steiner, 82, of Cuero passed away Friday, April 1. She was born April 1, 1940, in Pittsfield, Massachusetts to the late Anthony and Peggy Sellnick. Faye married Robert W. Steiner on Dec. 15, 1955, in Pownell, Vermont. Faye was a homemaker and worked at Tandy Brands in Yoakum for a number of years. She also was employed by H-E-B as a cashier and was honored with the cashier of the year award. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church and St. Michael's Altar Society for many years. She was the most caring, loving, compassionate woman, wife and mother. She was loved so much by so many and will be missed greatly.   

She is survived by her daughters, Kim (Steve) Schumacher and Stephanie Steiner, both of Cuero; son, Gary (Tracy) Steiner of Dalton, Massachusetts; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Robert W. Steiner of sixty-five years; son, Kurt Steiner, sisters, Audrey (Jack) Navin and Jean (Joe) Spagnuolo.

A private family memorial service will be planned at a later date.
