She loved her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren very much. She fought as long as she could but God has greater plans for her now. She is our angel watching over us. She loved life, traveling, bingo and her TV programs. She especially took great pride in everything her family did and was always our greatest support system. She was proud of her children's accomplishments, large or small. She was always behind us. We were blessed to have our mother's unconditional love. She taught us about God and we are thankful we know his love. She will truly be missed by family and friends and will be in our hearts forever.
Billie Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Rucker; parents, William and Louise Kisten, and William Norman.
Survivors: Sons, William Rucker and wife, Laura, Bruce Rucker and wife, Sherry, and Bobby Rucker; daughter, Becky Callahan and husband, Jimmy; grandchildren, Christopher, Stefanie and Leanna Rucker, Rachel and Jacob Callahan, Erin Rucker, Branden, Brittney and Breanne Rucker; great-grandchildren, Lane, Kaleb, Kindra and KayLynn; sisters-in-law, Cindy Burling and Kenny Emerson; and brother-in-law, Boyd Rucker.

Mrs. Rucker held a very special place in our hearts and we admired her courage, generosity and humor. She always looked for the "silver lining" and never missed an opportunity to thank us and encourage us. Mrs. Rucker was a very, very special patient and we will miss her. Our joy comes in remembering that she was a strong Christian and she doesn't have to chew that gum now!!! See you in heaven, Billie!
