Fort Worth, Texas - Carol McDugald, 73, passed away September 6, 2021.
Graveside Service: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery.
Carol was a retired dispatcher for the Fort Worth Police Department.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Mack McDugald; and parents, Jack and Freda Bicknell.
Carol is survived by her sister, Jo Ellen; brother, Jack Scott; daughters, Layla and Carly; grandchildren, Christen, Lacy and Malia; and many other family members and friends.

Carol was always there for me
I can´t tell you all the times she saved my behind
There are lots of dispatchers but Carol went out of her way to always look out for us when she was working the channel and sometimes when she wasn´t

I´m so sorry for your loss. Carol was truly one of a kind. When I heard her voice on the radio I knew it would be a good and fun day. She will be missed.
