Survivors: Wife, Mary A. Walsh; sons, Patrick J. Walsh and wife, Rhonda, and children, Amanda, Ryan, and Jennifer, Cornelius J. Walsh Jr. and wife, Leslie, and children, Sean Pritchett, Stacey Reinken and her daughter, Jordan Reinken, John P. Walsh, Paul T. Walsh and wife, Phyllis, and children, Paul Jr., Anthony, Shelly Villegas and her children, Gustavo and Thomas; and daughter, Maureen E. Ellis and husband, Thomas, and children, Michael and Sean.

Sir, On behalf of the Lubbock Recruiting Company we would like extend our sympathy and prayers to you and your family. We didn't have the honor of knowing your father, but we do have the honor of knowing his kind; the type of person who devoted part of his life to a bigger cause, the cause of freedom. We hope that we all can continue our lives and careers in a manner that will make him proud and his cause just. May God bless your father and your family.
