Dear Nancy,

The Lord has seen your heart toward Him as you have loved your family and others (my daughter and her family). May His hand continue to keep you and touch you and your precious family. You have many wonderful memories, however your Daniel is in your future and our futures; that is those who know Jesus as their Saviour. He is the way and you have been successful in pointing others to HIM. I praise God Daniel was honored to have you as a Mother. We are praying and so are our friends. May His Comforter continue to be with you...

To The Family of Daniel Oltmanns-

First off, when I heard the news of Daniel's passing, I was truely stunned...and I barely knew him. I graduated from NC this past year. I used to see him around the halls, and occasionally I'd see him outside of one of my classes (because a friend of his was in the class), and he would always be smiling or laughing. It was truely a smile that could light up any room. Everytime I saw him, I would always think to myself, "He's a really cute guy." I am deeply sorry for your loss and may God bless your family and help you through these tough times. Daniel is now resting peacefully in the arms of Angels.

Nancy, Tyler, Kenny and family:

My daughters, Leslie, Kelly and Kristen, and I lived in the same Arlington apartment complex as your family in the 80's. Your family was one of the first to befriend us. For this, I am thankful. For this, You are lifted up in Prayer, for God's tender mercies, strength, wisdom, guidance, peace and comfort.

God sent an Angel to give all the Love he was given to share. Then God said "Come home, My child, for your job is finished there".

From a Meadowcreek family to yours- We are deeply saddened and shocked by the tragic loss of your son and brother. Our hearts go out to you and his friends during this very difficult time. If this can give you a little bit of comfort, know that you, your family and Daniels' friends are in our thoughts and prayers by many in our community. We did not have to know Daniel to know he was a handsome and sweet young man. His picture tells all. I know he will greatly be missed. It just breaks our hearts that this has happened to him, and your family. May God give you the strength and courage to face each day ahead of you. I know it's not easy, but always remember, we are here praying and thinking of you every step of the way.

May God bless and comfort each and every one of you.
