I Miss my Son

I hardly knew you Darwin but I met you the night before you passed away... I had a feeling to go and check on you and I didn't :'( I sometimes still regret this and get really sad about it. You saw me during the hardest time in my entire life, you treated me so kindly and I was just a stranger. You encouraged me in that moment that we met, I remember the things you said, and I look back and say wow! He saw something good in me before I could ever even see it in myself. Over the years I have thought of you, thank you for sharing a moment in time with me, you live in my heart

Darwin was such a special boy, and, obviously from all the comments at the memorial in Denton, he had become a very special young man. My son Blake and I were blessed to know him until he was 13, and my heart is with you Suzette.

You were a great friend. I'll miss your kindness and humor and all the conversations late into the night. I can't believe you're gone- but we'll see each other again one day.

Darwin was such a sweet boy, what a loss and tragedy to lose someone so young. You touched many lives and will be missed by all who loved you!

Suzette and Dennis I am so sorry for your lost. I was hoping that was not the same Darwin we knew. He was a great person and we will always remember him in our hearts. May the Lord be with you in spirit and heart. We Love you Darwin.

You touched so many lives, including mine. There is no way and no thing that will ever change that. Fly to Jesus you mighty man of God. One day, I'll see you and we will laugh again. Love you forever. "mom"
