Emilio Govea FORT WORTH--Emilio Govea, 86, passed away Thursday, June 22, 2017, in his home. FUNERAL: 10 a.m. Tuesday, Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Emilio will be remembered for his hard work as a painter and owner of his two paint and body shops. The loving and devoted husband of Rosa Martinez Govea, he worked his hands to the bones to provide for all of his children and grandchildren. We will always remember the love in Daddy's hands. He was preceded in death by his five brothers and one sister. SURVIVORS: Brothers, Juan Govea, Luis Govea, Lupe Govea, Domingo Govea and Epifanio Govea; sisters, Anita Garcia; children, Alfredo Govea and wife, Laura, Felipe Govea, Emilio Govea Jr., Enrique Govea and wife, Alice , Blanca Richard and husband, Robert, Rosie Perez and husband, Abel, Raul G. Govea, Epifanio Govea, Elena Frausto and husband, John, and Aurora Jayme; 32 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
