Fried okra, brisket, creamed corn, The Price is Right, Wheel of Fortune, Carol Burnett, back scratching, shelling peas, shucking corn, "Thank you Kindly", "Good Grief", Sunday Church, Sunday Night Church, Wednesday Night Church, unconditional love and respect for all. These are just a few things I will fondly remember of my granny, but most of all I am thankful for her gift of my father and the rest of my family which I truly love.

I will miss my second mom dearly. She was a wonderful mom to me, teaching me her gift of cooking, sewing and antiquing. I was always amazed how she could do so many things putting a dinner on the table for her family. She was an amazing woman, devoted to her family and her Lord. She left me with such fond and loving memories. I will miss you my sweet mom.
Love you always, Kathy
