I have such good memories of your Dad, as I have of each of you. Time may get away from us and we may not see one another that often. Friends are for always and they care about what happens to each other. My heart goes out to each of you and my prayers. As Always, JuneK

I have a lot of great memories with King George including our visits to the house in Pendaries where I learned to play golf, and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery, squirrels, humming birds and had warm fires after playing in the snow or skiing. I also remember all the wonderful Christmas, Thankgiving and Easter holidays the families shared at the house in Grand Prairie watching football in the garden room, good food and listening to the talent of J Mac and his children. I will always remember how King George adored Queenie, my Grandmother. He is missed by me and my family and is a part of many happy childhood and early adulthood memories.

Life is but a stopping place,
A pause in what's to be,
A resting place along the road,
to sweet eternity.
We all have different journeys,
Different paths along the way,
We all were meant to learn some things,
but never meant to stay...
Our destination is a place,
Far greater than we know.
For some the journey's quicker,
For some the journey's slow.
And when the journey finally ends,
We'll claim a great reward,
And find an everlasting peace,
Together with the lord

Perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are watching.

Dear Bobby....
Today I am remembering your dad's smile and warm laugh that he shared with the Cozby kids so long ago....I am also remembering a very specific time that I saw you after my dad died. You asked how Al was doing and then so apologetically expressed your thoughts when I told you that he had died. Your words were so genuine and really impacted me that day...thank you...I know you will miss your father all the days of your life, as I still miss mine, too. Hope all is well in Tivoli. Is that in NY or Italy?

Tenderly may time heal your sorrow
Gently may friends and family ease your pain
Softly may peace replace heartache
And may beautiful memories remain and give you strength at this difficult time
