Fort Worth, Texas - Jimmie Floyd Crowder, 80, passed away on October 12, 2021.
Graveside: 11 a.m. Monday, Greenwood Memorial Park.
Jimmie was born on September 29, 1941 to Thomas S. and Dorothy E. Crowder. He went on to play football for TCU. He was a coach and teacher for over 40 years, earning the accolade of "Who's Who" in America's Teachers. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, tending to his garden and being with his grandkids and great-grandkids.
Jimmie was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Danny Crowder.
Survivors: Wife, Kathleen Crowder; children, David Crowder and wife Jennifer, Jerrod Crowder and wife Elizabeth, Susie McKnight and Steve Chilton; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and brothers, Richard and wife, Rita and Freddie and wife, Gloria.

Coach Crowder was one of my favorite people when I was at Paschal. He was always so nice to me and my friends and we could talk to him about anything. RIP dear man! My heartfelt condolences to his family.
