Hambone was a true characture in his days. As my step-brother he will always be a gleem in my eyes, his laughter I will remember in my childhood days. My prayers are truely with Kelly, Fay, and his son.Travis will always be a piece of us and our lives. We loved him dearly. I could say more especially about the laughter he gave to us when he came to visit us as we were children. He gave me my first 45 record of Elvis Presley JailHouse rock I cherished for years. Sincerely Jean, Gay, and Johnny

So sorry to hear of Travis' death. We have a lot of memories from high school. In the fifties, we all called him "hambone"

We just received the news of our sweet friend Travis' going home. Both Jerry and I knew Travis in school in Shawnee, Ok. and lots of sweet and fun memories. Travis was always a gentleman to me and a good friend to both of us. Am sorry sorry we did not know he was living in Texas. Our prayers are with the family.

Received the sad news of Travis' passing. I grew up with him in Shawnee and have many good memories. He was a truly fun-loving guy and a good friend. Many years have passed since we all got out of school but the friendships have never died. Rest in peace my friend.
