Always enjoyed our meeting times at Golden Corral. John was always ready with a story about his service in the Air Force and was fun to listen to and share time with. We will miss him. Our best to Sue and the rest of his family.

John was a wonderful friend of mine! Although I only knew him (and his lovely wife!) from his frequent visits to our Golden Corral restaurant, he never failed to brighten our doorway, and I looked for him daily. John was an intelligent, humorous man, and always had a kind word for me or a ready joke. He was a Friend among friends, and he will be sorely missed!

John was great guy to work with and a wise muse. Though we never saw eye to eye on many things his opinion was always respected. His love of old cars made him special especially his old Checker Cab, the tank. Scared a lot of folks with that machine and his Pontiacs. He'll be missed by my me and my family.
