Kim - I just ran across this while looking for someone's obituary. I am so sorry for your loss, and can't believe it's been over 30 years since we worked together. I never met Larry, but I remember that you talked about him often. And 31 years of marriage is quite an accomplishment. Praying peace and comfort for you during this difficult time.

I first met Larry in early 70´s when my dad moved to Hico. Over the next 15+ years, Larry and I played countless rounds of golf at the shuttered Blue Bonnet Country Club and those were normally followed by "friendly " card games or liar´s poker. Larry had such an outgoing personality and every time you saw him, he had a smile on his face and a story to tell. I´ve missed those days and the times we shared. My deepest condolences to Larry´s family. RIP Larry.

I´ve known Larry for 40+years as a friend and then as a co-worker at Chemical Lime/Lhoist. Larry was a good friend and we had many good times outside work as golf buddies and many common friend get togethers. He was always the one keeping everyone entertained! At work he was all business and I learned so much from his wisdom.
Prayers to Kim and his children and grandchildren. He was a good man.

Larry was always a good person to go to if you had a problem at work. Great listener and usually offered good advice. His personality was seemingly always upbeat and you left a conversation with him with a smile on your face. I'll miss his pleasant nature and friendly ways.

My heart goes out to Kim and the rest of Larry´s family.

Larry was a good friend. We worked together at Chemical Lime / Lhoist for many years. We traveled together on so many business trips. I can still hear him laugh. He brought fun to everything he did. I will remember him always. Rest in peace my friend.

The "golf outings" while at Chemical Lime were great with Charlie Cook managing the scramble groupings - he usually managed to win!!! Many included a two-day affair with the night campfire and story telling the real highlight with Larry being a major "story teller". These are unforgettable, important memories.
