Lucile Lackey Obituary

Lucile Lackey, 91, a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully Friday, Aug. 14, 2009.
Funeral: 3 p.m. Monday in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Chapel, 5725 Colleyville Blvd. Interment: Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Community Hospice at Emery J. Lilge Hospice, 301 Medpark Circle, Burleson, Texas 76028.
Lucile was born June 23, 1918, to Rual and Lou Ella Nabers in Lakeview. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard C. Lackey; son, George W. Lackey; parents; one brother; and one sister.
Survivors: Son, Larry Lackey and wife, Linda Sue; daughter-in-law, Linda Lou Lackey; grandchildren, Howard L. Lackey and wife, Lisa, Tanya Kilgore and husband, Paul, Rikki Lackey and wife, Julie, and LuAnn Sims; niece, Chan Nabers; sister-in-law, Edith Nabers; and 11 great-grandchildren.
