Fort Worth, Texas - Mary Ann Graffigna, a devoted mother and grandmother, died peacefully on Thursday, March 11, 2021.
A private family service and interment were held.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memphis, TN.
Mary Ann was born May 11, 1940 in Marshall, Missouri, the daughter of Leo and Daphne Clavin. She attended Incarnate Word Academy in St. Louis, MO and Mount St. Scolastica in Atchison, KA.
She is survived by her children, Lisa Kilpatrick and Kent, Vic Graffigna and Allyson Hall, Jim Graffigna and Patrice, and Bob Graffigna, and their father, Vic Graffigna and wife, Theresa; brother, Jay Tom Clavin and wife, Kris; and her grandchildren, Morgan, Johnathon, Elizabeth and Berkeley.
The family extends special thanks to Dr. Tom DePorter, Dr. Quang Le, Community Hospice of Texas and Griswold Home Care and especially to Bethesda Garden Assisted Living for their beautiful facility, wonderful meal service and, most importantly, the helpful and caring attitude of the staff which have assisted in Mary Ann's care.
