Fort Worth, Texas - Melida Sanchez, 88, passed away Monday, Dec. 21, 2020
Funeral: 12 p.m. Thursday in Greenwood Chapel. Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park. Viewing and Rosary: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in Greenwood Live Oak Room.
Melida was born Dec. 9, 1932, in Mexico to Antonio and Emilia Garcia.
Melida was preceded in death by her parents, Antonio and Emilia Garcia; her loving daughter, Nilda Sanchez; sisters, Arminda Mata and Hortencia Herrera; and brothers, Antonio Garcia, Cecilio Garcia and Elpidio Garcia.
Survivors: Loving and devoted husband of 62 years, Trinidad Sanchez, Sr.; sisters, Leonarda Estrada and Enedina Gonzales; children, Trinidad Sanchez, Jr., Edward Sanchez, Lilia E. Sanchez, Valdemar Sanchez and wife, Zenaida and Javier Sanchez and wife, Venus; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
