Michael Ayala Obituary

Michael Angelo Ayala FORT WORTH--Michael Angelo Ayala, 50, passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2018. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Rosary: 6 p.m. Monday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Michael was born Nov. 17, 1967, in Fort Worth to Angelo and Dolores Ayala. He grew up in Fort Worth, attending Trimble Tech High School where he graduated in 1985. Michael went on to work for the United States Postal Service in 1987, where he worked for 31 years. Michael met the love of his life, Cynthia Guerra, in 1987 and started a family and spent his life with her. Michael played baseball most of his young adult life and in his later years he went on to play softball. His daughters were his biggest accomplishments in life. They were heavily involved in sports, and he did not miss a single game. Michael was always there front and center to watch and cheer them on. He had many loves in his life, including football and the Dallas Cowboys, dominoes, cooking out on the grill, and, recently, he discovered a new passion for golf. Michael was preceded in death by his grandparents. SURVIVORS: Wife of 31 years, Cynthia Guerra; daughters, Montana and Sydney Ayala; parents, Angelo and Dolores Ayala; siblings, Paul Ayala (Yvette), Jo Ayala (Rudy Gonzalez), Steven Ayala (Mary); and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
