Nathan Thomas passed away Monday, Feb. 17, 2014, at his residence. Funeral: Noon Monday, Feb. 24, in the Pauline Minor Chapel of Gregory W. Spencer Funeral Directors, the Rev. Ontario Jones officiating. Interment: Cedar Hill Memorial Park. Visitation: 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Family hour: 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Survivors: Loving wife, Erma R. Thomas; children, Breschelle Jamison, Tammie Thomas Abdul-Aleem (Rudy), Jeffery Paul Simpson; brothers, Clifton Thomas (Bernadine), Raymond Thomas; sister, Luverta Fisher (Charles); five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
