Paul's Dad, Kenny, and my Mother were first cousins. Paul's Mom & Dad came to Texarkana when Kenny got out of the Coast Guard to live near my Mom & Dad. My daughter, Jackie Baird was born a few months after Paul was born. Joyce

We knew Paul as a child since he grew up in Texarkana. We were close friends of Betty & Kenny but lost touch when they moved. He visited in our home frequently and was a playmate of our oldest child.
