To Jo and all the family:
We're so sorry, and yet also so
thankful that we caught up with you
and Sam this last year or so. I
enjoyed the visit and Mickey enjoyed
the phone calls and we loved the
e-mails. Sam was a pretty special
guy -- my main memory is his always
sparkling eyes. To all of you,
you have our thoughts and prayers.
