Richard Lindsey Obituary
Service: 1 p.m. Tuesday at Lighthouse Church of Burleson. Interment: Skyvue Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Skyvue Funeral Home.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents, George and Ersie Lindsey; four brothers; and five sisters.
Survivors: Wife, Martha Elizabeth Lindsey; daughters, Cynthia Pedigo and husband, Burlie, and Vickie Holt and husband, Dwayne; sister, Barbara Mattke and husband, Roy; grandchildren, Jason Pedigo and wife, Angela, Candace Kimble-Sansom, Randall Holt and wife, Becky, Crystal Pedigo, Adam Holt and wife, Brooke, Casey Holt and Kayla Holt; great-grandchildren, Moriah Kimble, Trey Sansom, Tyler Pedigo, Tori Beth Pedigo, Callen Holt and Gavin Holt; and many nieces, nephews and loving friends.

Monday was your birthday and the 1st one that we did not get to celebrate with you. I know you are in a better place watching over us. We miss you so. Tyler and Tori Beth speak of you often and always smile. I am thankful I was given the privildge of spending my first 36 years with you. I know we all will be reunited some day and that brings me great comfort. Love you and miss you! Jason

To Beth and family:
I just received the messages from Kay and Barbara, I won't be able to come ut My Heart will be there with you.
I'll miss one of my all time family friend who kept me out of so much trouble growing up. I was an outsider, but Dickie didn't makde any differences between me and family. He was the big brother I never had, always pleasant and willing to do anything for his family. We were poor but we didn't know it, because we had a family full of love.
I can just see Mamaws kitchen right now, full of kids, grandkids and reject me all making salad dressing sandwiches, YUP! Mayo and bread and we had a feast. Dickie always kept Harry and Leroy from bothering us girls, Joan, Nancy and me. Barbara and Billy took care of each other.
I have so many fond memories of Richard (Dickie), I can almost see the reunion in heaven all those Lindseys coming to meet him.
Know that we are mourning with you Bh, MAY GOD COMFORT AND KEEP YOU CLOSE.
